3 MONTH INTENSIVE HOLISTIC MENTAL & SPIRITUAL COACHING PACKAGE

This 3 month intensive coaching package is specifically designed to give best support especially assist you in intense phases of your life. You will benefit from weekly 90 minutes video call sessions to support you more intensely.

You will be supported in emotional and psychological issues to assist your inner self healing capacities to process and heal the best way possible. The emphasis of the Holistic Mental and Spiritual Coaching is on empowering your self to be able to do it your self!

Used techniques will be trance work, inner vision traveling, inner child work, bilateral stimulation (EMDR), use of inner guides and helpers, Ho'oponopono (Hawaiian forgiveness ritual, Energetic Clearing Techniques and more.

Your questions considering diet, fruit-based diet, detox and bodily issues can also be included in the coaching sessions by your wish.

All sessions included will be 90 minutes each (instead of 60 standart) to be able to have enough time to use these techniques in the sessions.
