Fruit-Based Diet

 

Living a Fruit-Based Lifestyle is truly the topmost diet you can enjoy on the planet. Eating mainly fruits as a basis of food is the most appropriate diet for humans. From our body structure and physiology we are primates. And primates are frugivores by nature. Meaning they eat basically nothing but fruits, some greeny leafs and little nuts and seeds.

Fruits, berries and melons are full of everything our human body needs: mono-sugars primarily Fructose for high energy, amino-acids for building endogenous protein-structures and fatty acids for building fatty tissue.

Shortly spoken, when you eat fruits, you are giving your body the smallest building blocks in an easy accessible way, most fast and easy to digest and metabolize. Also fruits won't leaf acid and mucus residues from digestion and utilization, as many other food sources like long chain proteins or starches (e.g. meat, fish, eggs, diary, grains) do. To create an alkaline milieu for the about 30 trillion cells in your body is key for proper cell function, health and longevity.
